Karaté Sportif is a martial arts school well known in the metropolitan area and in Quebec in general. The goal of the school is to give you a unique martial arts experience, which you will find undoubtedly challenging, satisfying, and gratifying. We have nothing but the best to offer you! We reinforce your self-esteem by providing you with a positive environment, helping you reach your goals while allowing you to adopt a healthy self-discipline.

Our training and personal development programs are meticulously structured. We have an important goal to achieve : to give our students a better quality of life.  

Although a big part of the program is based on the fundamentals of martial arts traditions, which represent values that are several hundred years old, we are always on the lookout for new methods from which our students can benefit and which will be of interest to them.

Our regular program includes several different events:  birthday parties, “Nights of the Ninjas”, day camp, special themes, special guests, school performance club and many more, in order to keep the students’ interests. 

We are committed to making your quest for excellence and the black belt a very exciting, fun and educational. adventure. We believe that a black belt is more than someone who can kick and punch:  he or she, first and foremost, wants to become a better person!
